History of formation and development
On April 1, 2008, PC1 Mien Nam was established with the initial name of Mien Nam - No 1 Power Construction Company Limited. After more than a decade of formation and development, from the early days with lacking equipment, and limited personnel, overcoming many difficulties and challenges, PC1 Mien Nam has affirmed its name and position in the field of construction in the Southern region, mastering technology and innovation to bring technology into construction, increasing labor productivity and qualification. The skills of the officers and workers have been improved, which investors highly appreciate.
To accommodate the company's development, implement Resolution No. 1604/Resolution - Board of Directors dated April 16, 2024, of the Board of Directors of PC1 Group Joint Stock Company on increasing the charter capital of Mien Nam - No 1 Power Construction Company Limited and converting the business type of Mien Nam - No 1 Power Construction Company Limited. With the approval of the business registration office - Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City, on April 22, 2024, PC1 Mien Nam was converted from a Limited Company to a Joint Stock Company with the name PC1 Mien Nam Joint Stock Company (PC1MN).
